Originate and work on large-scale property
deals where our client is a equity partner and Senior/Mezzanine
lender, through a number of contacts including internal
referrals and external contacts
Ensure control of different types of
deal and financial structures
Leading transaction teams through a
number of deals at any one time, acting as main point
of contact with external contacts including Corporate
Finance Houses, financial advisors and client companies
Establish and maintain relationships
with external advisors and internal Banking teams
Input and influence IAF team strategy,
positioning in the marketplace and assisting in the
implementation of overall IAF strategy
Ensuring compliance on all deals including
legal, financial and conflict of interest.
