Finance Manager

Our client is one of the worlds largest brewers and are currently looking to recruit a senior finance person at their belfast distribution centre.

To provide planning and performance management support to the Ireland Divisional Director & his team to enable them to meet their key performance targets for the business.

To manage the day to day running of the finance department.

To provide analysis and challenge on volume and margin performance.

To support the strategic decision making process by providing analysis, insight and challenge.

Support the entity owner with analysis and cost performance.

Co-ordinate and ensure month end margin/EBITDA is accurately reported.

Support, review and challenge forecasts and budgets.

Support implementation of SAP - Act as key user/business expert for Ireland Finance Stream.

Belfast

£35000 - £45000

Must have a professional accountancy qualification, e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA.

Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.

Proven commercial experience.

Man management experience.

Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Experience of financial systems.

Ability to build strong relationships and work weill within a team.

Demonstrate the ability to lead others to achieve a common goal.

Ability to persuade and influence senior levels of the sales team.
