Office Manager

 

Our client, a private nursing home are looking to recruit a HR Officer to provide an appropriate level of professional administration and economic running of the home. At all times promoting the best interest of the Charity and the Directors.


The Role:

To be responsible for the day to day management of the Home.

To handle matters relating to recruitment.

Participate in the formulation and updating of appropriate policies.

Responsible for all accounting and finance duties.

Belfast

£25000 - £35000


 

The Person:

Qualification in human resources management/several years experience in a personnel department.

Working knowledge of finance and accounting.

Experience of operating a computerised payroll.

Good oral and written communication skills, including report writing and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
