| Qualifications and Experience
The position requires an experienced Manager
with substantial experience in business and product/service development activities.
The job-holder must have the entrepreneurial ability
to think beyond the boundaries of traditional offerings in order to maximise profit
opportunities from within the Ireland market. The
job-holder must have demonstrated commercial success and have the ability to create
a high level of trust with both customers and suppliers, inside and external to
the business. The underlying task of the Business
Development Manager is to create a business unit capable of delivering sustainable
return on net operating assets in a defined timescale. A
key challenge is to define and establish business opportunity and planning processes
that can deliver this objective. |
