Divisional HR Manager

 

Our client is a well established international food processing company with divisional sites in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

It has a created a new Human Resources Manager role within a Product Division. Reporting to the HR Head of the Divisional the role has a combination of operational aspects together with developing and implementing HR Strategy and Change Management.


 

The successful candidate should:

  • Have strong generalist HR experience preferably gained in processing or manufacturing environment
  • Be highly innovative and creative
  • Significant experience of cultural change management
  • Good personal attributes
  • A willingness to travel
