in the North West, is a well established manufacturing company which sells its
products worldwide.
It is seeking a well rounded
HR professional to implement best practice human resources policies and procedures.
The successful candidate should:
Have around 5 years strong generalist HR experience
Preferably be from the processing or manufacturing
sectors
Have experience with Trade Unions
Have
employee relations experience at both blue collar and white collar levels
Be
‘hands on’ but able to contribute at policy level
Have
good personal attributes
Be willing to travel
